      The purpose of this study was to investigate the recognition of the curriculum of early childhood teacher education. The subjects were 340 from kindergarten teachers and 2nd grade students in K college. In this study, the questionnaire developed by the researcher were used. The results of this study were as follows:
      First, it is recommened that every subject should maintain the independence and the number of subjects should be increased to meet the individual student's needs. Second, it is pointed out that the subjects helpful to the students are Psychology, Guidance for Recreation, Child Development, Language Education for young children, Teaching Practice, Text Research and Teaching Method for young children. Third it is indicated that practice in teaching should be offered with qualified supervisory staffs at a well-equipped kindergarten. Fourth, it is recommended that pre-field study and post-field study are all necessary.
