혈관육종을 닮은 미분화 육종을 동반한 점액성 경계성 난소암 1예 = A case of mucinous borderline ovarian tumor associated with undifferentiated sarcoma with angiosarcoma-Like appearance

국문 초록 (Abstract)

전형적인 육종 (true sarcoma)과 동반된 점액성 난소암은 매우 드물다. 점액성 난소암과 동반된 전형적인 육종 4예: 섬유육종, 미분화 육종, 횡문근육종, 혈관육종이 보고된 바 있다. 저자들은 80세 여자 환자에서 발생한 혈관육종을 닮은 미분화 육종을 동반한 점액성 경계성 난소암 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. 전형적인 육종(true sarcoma)과 동반된 점액성 난소암은 매우 드물다. 점액성 난소암과 동반된 전형적인 육종 4예: 섬유육종, 미분화 육종, 횡문근육종, 혈관육종이 보고된 바 있다. 저자들은 80세 여자 환자에서 발생한 혈관육종을 닮은 미분화 육종을 동반한 점액성 경계성 난소암 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

The ovarian mucinous tumor associated with true sarcoma is very rare. Four cases of true sarcoma: fibrosarcoma, undifferentiated sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, angiosarcoma in ovarian mucinous tumor have been reported. We present a case of mucinous borderline tumor associated with undifferentiated sarcoma with angiosarcoma-like appearance in 80-year-old woman.
