The dosage schedule was 100mg. b.i.d. for 3 days to the infection with Ascaris, whipworm, hookworm, Trichostrongylus and Taenia sp., and one single dose of 100mg. to Enterobius infection. Ascaris lumbricoides: 94.0% and 99.4%
Trichocephalus trichiurus: 85.0% and 96.9%
Hookworms: 94.8% and 98.8%
Trichostrongylus orientalis: 95.8% and 96.8%
Enterobius vermicularis: 90.6% (cure rate)
