The purpose of this study was to calculate correlation coefficients between ball speed after in-step shooting and anaerobic exercise capacity in women soccer players. Thirty subjects (middle school soccer player, n=10; high school soccer player, n=10; university-level soccer player, n=10) were volunteered for this study. The ball speed after in-step shooting was measured with speed gun, and anaerobic exercise capacity with cycle ergometer. Variable with the highest correlation coefficients was peak power (r=.677, p<.01). As a result of the regression analysis, R2 in the ball speed after in-step shooting was about 62%. However, age and career should be considered when developing the training program in women soccer because different results were shown to groups.
