      무신론 시대의 종교성 = 종교다원주의 이후 믿음의 주체

      Our age, on the one hand, seems to be divided into anti-Christianity and Christianity, anti-religion and religion. On the other hand, it seems that it has run for a secular age in which the power of religious spirituality has been shrunk over time. However, according to ?i?ek, one of the obscene truth hidden in the seemingly secular age is certain attitude of life prohibiting everything as if God does really exist. As seen in Freud`s theory of religion, the real power of religion is demonstrated by social prohibitin(s). However, using the Lacanian theory of psychoanalysis, ?i?ek discloses the ironic facts that religion in our age does no longer apply the prohibition or taboo to our actual life and that the non-religious, who take the death of God as true, live up to certain religious prohibitions. Then, is the religion(s) of our age in the process of extinction through perversion? No! religion has rather been actualized in the contemporary ‘religion-less’ context, and-this is ?i?ek`s warning-it may easily circulate into our cultural consumer market the obscene fantasy of the Gnostics, which were the heresy in the Christian history. The real fantasy in our secular age is not to realize a non-religious and/or atheist one but the most religiously obscene one, which only seeks for the true spiritually, abjecting our bodily actuality. In other words, we are obscenely religious in this secular society. Can we overcome this obscene religiosity in this perverted structure of consumer capitalism? This paper argues that one needs to try to find the most precious and true in this painful actuality of the cruel mechanism of capitalism, in which the 99% of the population suffer from financial poverty that causes pain and tear in their hearts. For real pleasure is not a pleasure without pain and suffering but a force to enjoy the most precious in their painful situations of life. In this vein, this paper argue that true religiosity in this secular and atheist culture resides in a form of life, which builds up the most precious in front of the suffering of actual life, even the death of God. This will be religiosity after the discourse of religious pluralism.
