4·19혁명 기록의 현황분석과 통합서비스 방안 연구

This study is reconsidered concerns on the historical archives that have been not concerned and insist to must identify systematic management system. Especially, this study analyze the status of the archives and consider the effective access service method. The needs of the detection on the 4.19 revolution archives was maintained by researchers who have studied the 4.19 revolution. Specifically, the needs reveal at the 『4.19 and relations of the South and North Koea』, the result of research that are conducted by 'April Strife Research Group'. According to this book, they assert the positive detection of the research materials. This study can be the first step which can satisfy these needs of the user.
To study 「the Status Analysis of the 4.19 Revolution archives and the Integrated access service method」, first, this study verify what archives was used, how many archives was used in prior to results of research. Also, through the medium of interview with researchers, history teachers who use mainly 4.19 archives and manuscript repository's archives manage, this study grasp the problems revealed by a process of reference service. In conclusion, to provide effective access service method of the 4.19 archives, this study suggest the description method integrated between archives.
The status analysis on the 4.19 archives progressing in this study is the course identifying the usable 4.19 archives. 4.19 archives revealed through the status analysis should be provided to user effectively. At this point, providing positive reference service for anonymous users is a archivist's obligation. Building up the foundation for effective reference service should be conducted a integrated archives level rather than individual archives level. In addition, efforts for the integrated access service need not only archivist's endeavor but also support at the government level.
