品質管理에서의 統制機能에 관한 硏究 = A Study on the Control Function in Qyality Management

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In quality management, which involves planning, organizing and control subsystem as other managerial functions, quality control measures operation states and feeds back the informations about it to initiate corrective action, the most important and difficult function of all.
This study searches the functions of control of incoming material's quality and manufacturing quality, such as inspection, corrective action and quality information processing.
As the result, followings can be defined:
Quality control should be combined with planning function systematically and should accumulate knowledge and esperience about control to forecast and remove causes of error.
Quality control technique should be linked with operation technique, IE, VE, etc. to promote more sophisticated quality operation activity.
All of thes should be standardized in order to be generalized basic managerial technique of the organization.
