세대에 따른 감성 및 색채선호 경향 연구 = 보건의료 환경색채를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

근래, 증가하는 건강, 의료에 대한 관심과 고령화 사회로의 가속화가 지속되는 가운데, 공공보건의료시설의 양적 팽창과 함께 이들 보건의료 색채 환경에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 또한, 장년으로 대변되던 중심세대의 이동이라는 사용자 층의 지각변동이 나타남으로써, 보다 폭넓은 사용자 세대에 대한 이해와 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 요구들을 반영하여 다양한 세대의 사용자 층을 배려하는 새로운 의미의 ‘공공보건의료 환경색채 지표개발’ 연구과제의 1단계 기초연구로 진행되었다. 즉, 국민건강 증진에 기여하는 공공보건의료시설을 지원하는 순기능적 색채환경 구축을 위하여, 보다 폭넓은 세대의 사용자의 감성과 색채 선호성향을 파악하여 향후 공공보건의료시설에 적용가능한 색채 지표를 수립하고 체계화하는 데 기여함을 목적으로 한다. 다양한 세대별 건강, 보건의료에 관한 의식조사, 감성이미지 및 색채 선호경향을 조사하고 그 추이를 파악하기 위하여 2015년 12월 20일부터 한달간 20대, 30대, 40대, 50대, 60대 각 300명씩 총1500명에 대하여 온라인 설문을 실시하였다.
연구 결과, 의료시설에 대한 만족요인에서 환경, 편의시설에 대한 만족도가 낮게 나타나 선행연구의 결과들과 일치하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 건강한 색에 대하여 ‘자연적인’, ‘맑은’과 같은 청량한 이미지들이 선호되고 있으며 20대에서 ‘자연적인’의 이미지가 건강과 가장 연관이 깊다는 의식이 나타났다. 선호색상의 경우. 빨강, 파랑의 원색은 50, 60대에서 회피경향이 있었으나 젊은 세대에서 선호경향이 나타난 것이 주목할 만하다. 명도, 채도의 경우 대부분의 세대에서 밝고, 선명한 정도의 색을 선호하는 경향을 보이고 있는데 이는 보건의료 시설의 성격상 깨끗하고 청결한 이미지가 어울린다는 의식과도 연결성을 보이는 것이라 하겠다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study is to find out the tendency of emotion and color preference by the generations as well as a whole. This is to proffer basic data for developing a standard for the environmental color planning of the public health facilities, This study was carried by questionnaire survey with 23 questions consisting of satisfaction factor for healthcare facility, consiousness about healthcare color and image, color preference tests and image vocabulary examinations. It was carried for one month starting at Dec. 20th 2015, by on-line survey by 1,500 people that collected evenly from 20, 30, 40 and 60 generations.
The results of this study are as follows ;
Satisfaction level appeared rather high, but "environment" and "convenient facility" appeared low, and it shows the coincidence with the results of previous studies. In image vocabulary for "health", the words like "natural", "clear" showed most frequency and 20s" preference for the word "natural" appeared outstandingly. In preference, for Hue, PB is mostly preferred and R and B are remarkably preferred in 20s and 30s whareas they were not preferred in 50s and 60s, and it shows younger generation tends to prefer stronger colors than elder generation. Accordingly, a tendency preferring bright and vivid level appeared in the whole generations, and the results are corresponding to that of image vocabulary in preference for Value and Chroma in Y and G group which are mostly applied in the healthcare facilities such as hospital and public healthcare center according to previous studies.
