다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

After the middle years of nineteenth century, China had carried out the polices to coincidence the environment by master the Western civilization and technique. But the confucian revival was not reform movement but the efforts to prolong the privilege of upper classes and the results were bad.
The Chinese had alarmed at a miserable defeat in Sino-Japanese war and the
intimidation of western invasion, so bureaucratic reformess had persued another reform.
They had shaped more actual polices than confuncian revivalist but their attitude were
on the view of traditional aspects too. So there were no expectation to modernize the
fuedalistic China to a modern civil society.
It was the Revolution of 1911 that destroy the despotic ruling system what lasted for a
long time and plan the first democratic republic in Asia. In spite of a serious
antagonism Revolutionaries had persued to found new China by Sun-wenism but
because of the reactionary elements Imperilalist disturbance and disagreements in
Revolutionaries the change of China had fallen into chaos. Especially the slogan of
Anti-imperialism and Anti-fuedalism were not drove perfectly and the reactionary
tendency were sperior. In 1929 the lawfulness of dictatorship of Kuomintang were won
public recognition and Chang Kai-shek had come to an understanding with Western
Imperialists to keep up his position.
