This article is designed to introduce the three different dimensions of Korean minority in China. Firstly, Koreans in China was recognized as “Chinese nationals” in 1949 by the People’s Republic of China. Secondly, Koreans in China are ethnically of the same blood lineage with Koreans in the Korean peninsula. Thirdly, through the high mobility of population, they have become to possess multi-dimensional identities in the age of globalization. To understand the changing reality and situation of Korean minority in China, their three dimensions have to be taken into consideration. Their migration and re-migration should be researched in the East Asian regional level and global level.
