지역 해양수산 혁신성장체계 구축 연구

1. Purpose
The purpose of this study is to present policy tasks for establishing a regional innovation and growth system in the maritime and fisheries sector. Such effort is based on an analysis of the development capacity of maritime and fisheries in coastal and marine areas as well as national and regional innovation and growth systems. To attain this goal, this study reviewed a number of academic theories on regional innovation and growth, while analyzing cases of ocean-economy based innovation and growth by major countries and regions as well as relevant local policies and projects. Following a comprehensive diagnosis of innovation capacity in coastal and marine regions, this study also identified the present status and limitations of maritime and fisheries innovation projects carried out by cities and provinces.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1. 연구의 목적
본 연구의 목적은 연안·해양지역의 해양수산 발전역량과 국가·지역 혁신성장체계 등을 분석하여 지역 해양수산 혁신성장체계 구축에 관한 정책과제를 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 지역혁신성장에 관한 이론적 검토와 세계 주요 국가·지역의 해양기반 혁신성장 사례와 국내 지역혁신 관련 정책과 사업 등을 분석하였다. 그리고 연안·해양지역의 혁신역량을 종합적으로 진단하고, 시·도의 해양수산 혁신사업 추진 현황과 한계 등을 알아보았다.
