증례 : 순환기 ; 위암 환자에서 발생한 피하매몰 중심정맥포트 골절 및 심장 내 전위 1예 = Case Reports : Cardiology ; A case of a fractured and impacted central venous chemoport in a patient with stomach cancer

국문 초록 (Abstract)

저자들은 자발적으로 중심정맥포트가 골절된 후 이상 전위되어 우심방 내 고리에 감입되어 기존의 올가미를 사용한 경피적 제거술로 포획이 어려워 고주파 전극도자를 사용하여 감입된 중심정맥포트를 심장 내로 이동시켜 개흉술 없이 경피적으로 제거한 경험을 하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
