      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      As the requirements for VE study on construction projects are increasing, a need for improving efficiency of VE study are presented. The research team proposed a system to retrieve similar past VE cases using CBR methodology. This study is the first step to develp the VE proposal retrieve system that propose concepts and development strategies of whole system, a set of methodologies to develp an input window of the project environment, and also the result of implementation of the window. In order to develop an input window of the project environment, this study identified VE objectives throughout literature reviews, analyzed environmental factors which influence VE objectives, and diagramed relationship of those two elements. And also, this study described the adjustment process to overcome the constraints that might be arise when implementing the system, and presented implemented system.
