소형항공기 KC-100 개발의 안전한 Spin 비행시험 방안연구 = A Study for Safe Spin Flight Test Process of KC-100 Airplane

국문 초록 (Abstract)

항공기 개발에 있어 Spin 비행시험은 고위험 시험에 속하며 운영 영역을 초과하여 운용함에 따라 비행시험 요원들에게 상당한 집중력이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 Spin 기동분석과 안전한 비행시험 요건에 대해 설명하였고 KC-100 개발을 진행하며 수립한 Spin 회복절차를 근거로 하여 안전한 Spin 비행시험방안에 대해 연구를 진행하였다. 또한 Spin 미 회복 시를 고려한 Bail out 절차를 제시하였다. 그에 따라서, 제시한 Spin 회복절차와 안전한 시험 방안적용으로 보통(N) 항공기급 Spin 요구도에 적합한 Spin 비행시험을 통해 효율성과 안전성 향상을 확인하였다.

In the airplane development, spin flight test is one of the high risk tests that requires test crews to highly concentrate on the test because it is operated over the normal operational criteria. This paper describes spin maneuvers and safe spin flight test requirements. Also safe spin flight test plan were introduced by using spin recovery and bail out procedure. We confirmed an increase in flight test efficiency and safety, in accordance with our proposed spin recovery procedures and safe spin test requirements through conducting spin performance suitable for normal spin requirement.
