Entering our country at a very fast pace as a multicultural society as greatly increasing the number of students attending elementary, junior high, and high school multicultural families. However, Multi-cultural awareness of teachers to teach them or Multicultural KSL teacher competence is very lacking. In addition, the accumulation of specific research on teacher education for KSL teacher training strategies have not been established. In this paper, based on the consciousness of these issues, mutlicultural KSL teacher competence are concentrated in the vast majority of elementary school teacher training and curriculum development for the direction of seeking to. Take a look at the status of it for the first Section II of Education at the University of elementary teacher training institute nationwide being made in recent multicultural elementary teacher education, chapter III Elementary School for students from multicultural families should be responsible for the education of KSL necessary to teachers and its specific characteristics. In the final chapter, ``Multi-cultural Korean Teachers`` empowerment for elementary teacher training and curriculum specifically proposed.
