지식경영 성공을 위한 인적자원관리 전략에 관한 연구 = A Study on Relationship between the Success of Knowledge Management and Human Resource Management Strategy

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the relationship between knowledge management and human resource management strategy. The Process of knowledge management is composed knowledge creation, accumulation, sharing, utilization and learning. HRM strategy varies along two key dimension - the relationship-transaction continuum and the high utilization-low utilization continuum. Firms were clustered into one of four HRM strategy - Type Ⅰ(relationship-low utilization), Type Ⅱ(transaction-low utilization), Type Ⅲ(relationship-high utilization), and Type Ⅳ(transaction-high utilization). Data are gathered from a total of 148 companies from Busan region. The results is as follows; The success of knowledge management is more heavily affected by the high utilization and relationship HRM strategy. And the companies that use Type Ⅲ strategy are highly associated with the success of knowledge management.
