      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The purpose of this study was to investigate effective practice program about training and to provide teaching-learning materials, and to compare and analyze amount of changing for physical fitness and 100m running.
      Twenty-four male children who did go through training were selected in fifth grade of N elementary school In Daegu. They were classified with three groups(8 children in each group, at random-Circuit training group, Weight training group, and Controlled group).
      All of three groups got 10 weeks of training according to the practice program for training in the separated group for 15~30 minutes three times a week.
      After 10 weeks training, the records of physical fitness and 100m running were measured.
      For this study, I made use of One-way AN0VA, T-test, Repeated measure AN0VA, Pearson r and Multiple regression(p<.05).
      The results of this training can be summarized as the followings:
      1. There was a significant difference in physical fitness and 100m record among circuit training group, weight training group and controlled group.
      ① In the circuit training group, the power, agility and 100m record were improved.
      ② In the weight training group, the strength, muscle endurance, power and 100m record were improved.
      ③ In controlled group, the muscle endurance was decreased.
      2. There was the significant difference in 100m record between trained groups and controlled group. However, there was not the significant difference between the circuit training group and the weight training group even though the former was more improved than the latter.
      3. In the interactive effects between the measured point and each group, statistically significant difference represented on the strength, muscle endurance, power and 100m record.
      4. In the correlation of physical fitness, training method and 100m record, the strength and the power had significant influence on 100m record although the muscle endurance, power and agility were correlated to 100m record.
