다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In the case of survey by the Internet, it has many different media characteristics from traditional survey method and has a short history, still in the early stage of development. So there are few researches about the survey using the Internet.(Berghel, 1996; Batageli et al, 1998)
Therefore in this paper, Internet survey welcomed as a new type of survey method would be covered theoretically and problems of the Internet survey will be studied in the view of statistics. This paper is focused on making new Internet survey system with less problems based on these reviews and researches.
To accomplish this research purpose, existing research results of national and foreign scholars are reviewed, existing systems of organizations using Internet survey are compared and analyzed and a new type of Internet survey system will be constructed.
