대한소화기내시경학회: 캡슐내시경의 가이드라인 = Korean Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (KSGE) Guidelines for Credentialing and Granting Previleges for Capsule Endoscopy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

캡슐내시경은 내시경의 삽입에 따른 환자의 고통이 없을 뿐 아니라 내시경 시술자의 삽입에 따른 숙련도가 필요치 않아 널리 보급될 수 있는 장점을 가진다. 캡슐내시경은 소장 내면을 비디오를 통해 관찰하기 때문에 숙련된 내시경 의사라면 판독에 큰 어려움은 없으나 캡슐내시경이 기존의 내시경과 다른 부분이 있어 정확한 판독을 위해서는 캡슐내시경의 전처치, 원리, 소프트웨어, 적응증, 금기 등의 숙지 뿐 아니라 소장의 정상 소견, 출혈, 종양, 궤양 등 이상 소견에 대한 숙련이 요구된다. 우리나라에서도 소장의 캡슐내시경의 검사가 널리 보급되어 캡슐내시경의 원리, 검사법, 적응증, 금기, 합병증, 자격요건 등을 포함하는 가이드라인을 제시함으로써 캡슐내시경의 질을 높여 의료 향상에 기여하고자 한다.
