프로포폴(propofol) 등의 오남용과 효율적 관리

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 프로포폴과 같은 수면유도제 오남용의 문제는 심각하다. 이는 프로포폴의 관 리부재 및 위험성 인식 부족에서 시작된 것이다. 이러한 프로포폴의 오남용을 막을 수 있는 효율적 관리를 위해 다음과 같은 방안을 제시할 수 있다. 우선 마약류 상시 모니터링 시스템 시범운영을 통해 제조·유통 등 취급 전반에 대 한 마약류의 취급 내역 관리를 강화하여야 한다. 이를 위해서 의료용 마약류 과다처방 등의 방지를 위해 단순 주의정보에서부터 처 방 규제 등 법적 제재가 필요한 금지정보까지 명확한 법령개정 등이 필요하다. 또한 유통자료 분석, 불법 사용 우려 병·의원을 선별하여 오·남용 우려 마약류에 대 한 부처가 협력체계를 통한 효율적인 단속이 이뤄져야 할 것이다. 무엇보다 치명적인 위해를 가할 수 있는 정보가 있을 때 그것을 최대한 널리 알리 려는 노력은 필요하다. 의료용 마약류의 관리체계 변화는 단순한 재도의 개선차원이 아닌 의료용 마약류 관리의 패러다임의 전환이고 혁신이어야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Last propofol such as sleep inducing the fifth abuse problem is serious. This is the risk management of absence and propofol originates from a lack of awareness. These can prevent abuse of propofol efficient management methods are as follows. First of all, through continuous monitoring system demonstration operation of manufacturing narcotics and distribution, such as the handling of the first half for handling narcotics shall be to enhance the history management. This is for the sake of medical drugs for prevention of simple attention, such as a plethora of prescription information as prescribed by the regulations, from legal sanctions, as well as the necessary amendments to the Statute banning information needs clarification. In addition, factories and distributors related to data analysis, is concerned about illegal use of bottles and selectively senators concerned abuse of narcotics for five, Buddha will be effective through the cooperative system in the crackdown. What's more, information can be fatal for the most widely used it when announcing the effort needed.
