도시철도 근로자 직종별 산업재해 현황 분석 및 개선방안 = Analysis and Improvement of Industrial Accidents by Occupation in Urban Railway Workers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

2014년도 서울 수도권 교통지표를 살펴보면 대중교통이 전체 수송률의 66%이며 이중 도시철도는 39%를 차지하고 있다. 대중교통수송분담률은 전반적으로 증가하는 추세에 있고, 도시철도에 대한 이용도가 높아지면서 고장 및 사고 사례도 증가하고 있다. 도시철도의 안전한 운행을 위해서는 업무를 수행하는 근로자의 건강권 확보와 산업재해 예방이 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 도시철도에 종사하는 근로자들의 건강권 확보와 산업재해를 예방하기 위해 도시철도 근로자의 직종별 산업재해 현황과 소속별 현황을 살펴보고 개선방안에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

According to traffic metrics in the Seoul metropolitan area in FY 2014, public transportation accounts for 66% of the total transportation and double urban railways account for 39%. The number of cases of breakdowns and accidents is increasing as the use of urban railways increases and there is no better way to ensure the health rights of workers who work for the safe operation of urban railways and the prevention of labor accidents In this study, in order to secure the health rights of workers who work on urban railways and to prevent work-related accidents, it is necessary to look at the current state of work-related disasters by occupational categories of urban railway workers, I would like to consider this.
