미래교육 촉진자의 역량 도출 및 교육요구도 분석 = Identifying competencies and analyzing educational need for future education facilitators

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 미래교육 촉진자의 역량을 도출하고 교육요구도를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 미래교육 촉진자의 역량을 도출하기 위하여 선행문헌 검토, 전문가 패널에 의한 추정, 두 차례의 전문가 타당도 검토를 거쳤다. 그리고 도출된 역량에 대한 교육요구도를 알아보기 위해 Borich의 요구도 분석과 The Locus for Focus 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 미래교육 촉진자의 역량은 4개 역량군으로 유목화하여 총 11개의 역량과 26개의 행동지표가 개발되었다. 도출된 미래교육 촉진자의 역량은 1) 미래 사회 변화 대응 역량, 2) 학교의 비전 공유 및 성과 분석 역량, 3) 협력적 공동체 문화 형성 및 운영 역량, 4) 교원의 전문성 개발 역량, 5) 학교 교육과정 구성 역량, 6) 교수학습 설계 및 실행 역량, 7) 평가 역량, 8) 학교 공간 활용 역량, 9) 학교 공간 개선 역량, 10) 테크놀로지 활용 역량, 11) 데이터 활용 역량이다. 교육요구도 분석 결과, 학교의 비전 수립과 공유, 민주적 학교 문화 조성, 미래교육 이슈에 대응한 교육과정 구성, 교원 전문성 개발, 실제적인 성장을 지원하는 피드백 제공 등이 우선적으로 고려되어야 한다. 본 연구는 미래교육을 지원하고 촉진하기 위한 교육 정책과 교원 연수에 대하여 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to identify future education facilitators’ competencies and analyze educational needs for identified competencies. To identify future education facilitators’ competencies, this study followed a process of relevant literature review, estimation by a panel of expert, and two-step review by expert validity. The Borich needs analysis and the Locus for Focus analysis were conducted to investigate educational needs for identified competencies. The results of this study identified five categorized clusters of competencies of future education facilitators and finalized 11 competencies and 26 behavioral indicators. Identified competencies were followings: 1) Response competency for future social change, 2) school vision sharing and performance analysis competency, 3) collaborative community culture formation and operation competency, 4) Teachers’ professional development competency, 5) school curriculum composition competency, 6) Teaching and learning design and implementation competency, 7) assessment competency, 8) school space utilization competency, 9) school space improvement competency, 10) technology utilization competency, and 11) data utilization competency. The results from educational needs analysis indicated that setting and sharing school vision, creating a democratic school culture, constructing a curriculum in response to future education issues, developing teachers’ professionalism, and providing feedback to support effective growth should be the priority to be considered. This study may provide implications for educational policies and teachers’ training to support and promote future education.
