태권도장 지도사범의 긍정심리자본과 혁신적 업무행동의 관계: 심리적 주인의식의 매개효과 = The Relationship between Positive Psychological Capital and Innovative Work Behavior of Taekwondo Instructors: Mediating Effect of Psychological Ownership

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 태권도장 지도사범의 긍정심리자본, 심리적 주인의식, 혁신적 업무행동의 영향관계를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 태권도장 지도사범을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 274부의 설문지가 본 연구에 활용되었다. 분석방법으로는 빈도분석, 기술통계, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중 및 단순회귀 분석 그리고 Process Macro 매개효과 검증을 활용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 태권도장 지도사범의 긍정심리자본은 심리적 주인의식에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 태권도장 지도사범의 긍정심리자본은 혁신적 업무행동에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 태권도장 지도사범의 심리적 주인의식은 혁신적 업무행동에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 태권도장 지도사범의 심리적 주인의식은 긍정심리자본과 혁신적 업무행동 간의 관계에 부분매개효과가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between positive psychological capital, psychological ownership, and innovative work behavior of taekwondo instructors. For this purpose, a total of 274 questionnaires were collected by conducting a survey for a total of 300 people, centered on the instructors of Taekwondo studios located in the metropolitan area. As analysis methods, the following results were derived by using frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression and simple regression analysis, and process macro-mediated effect verification. First, positive psychological capital of taekwondo instructors had a positive (+) effect on psychological ownership. Second, positive psychological capital of taekwondo instructors had a positive (+) effect on innovative work behavior. Third, the psychological ownership of Taekwondo instructors had a positive (+) effect on innovative work behavior. Fourth, psychological ownership of taekwondo instructors had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between positive psychological capital and innovative work behavior.
