국문 초록 (Abstract)

본고는 고교학점제의 합리성 배양과 성취평가제의 확립을 위한 책임교육의 적정성을 고려하고, 올바른 표준말의 정착과 우리말 문자관 확립을 위한 국어교육의 교과과정에 대한 검토 및 교육방법을 제시하고자 한다. 중등교육의 개별성 및 다양성이 교원학습공동체를 운영하기 위해 홈베이스 구축 및 문화예술교육을 진작시키며, 교육생활사의 독서실천을 읽기 위주로 역량화시킨다. 듣기와 읽기교육의 접목된 시간을 중점적으로 학습하고, 장애인과 난음난청자들의 한자 교육 내의 순한글 독해 및 한자 교육 어휘 수를 늘리고자 한다. 한자 한문독해교육의 실용성을 강조하고, 한자 문장의 순우리말 어휘 능력을 고취한다. 표준말의 어휘 순화 차원은 구어한자 표준문법 및 한자 실용교육을 운율감 있는 화법 능력으로 발화하게 한다. 복수표준음의 한어운소교육 역시 전운옥편에서 제시하는 바와 같이 기초한자 어휘 소양 능력을 함양한다. 학습과정의 교과 융합 개편의 장점을 살려서 한문적 교양과 실용성 도덕과목, 실용국문 국어한자, 고문진보의 역학적 관계 등의 혁신적 개념도입을 필요로 한다. 미래교육 개혁안 과제 제시 및 도덕성을 심성학의 관점에서 키워내는 성명 위주의 현실적 교육정책의 새로운 정책 마련이 있어야 한다.
