We attempted for a differential diagnosis to identify micro lymph nodes from fatty tissue around organs of humans using LNRS. To identify a micro lymph node we used 10% N.B.F with fixation of fatty tissue samples at 12 ~ 24 hours 삼om stomach cancer patients in the hospital of Chungbuk province. Then we searched for a lymph node in the removed fatty tissue by examination of touch and with the naked eye and fixation by LNRS in 6 ~ 12 hours. Lymph nodes were identified that were cut off 2 ~ 3mm from fatty tissue in LNRS and conformed with an H & E and immunochemistry stain. We observed with the naked eye for easy detection of the lymph node ratio exhibited as mean 9::t3.7 and size 0.49::t0.51mm compared with the sample in 10% N.B.F. These data suggest that the LNRS method is better at detecting lymphnodes than 10% N.B.F.
