This research analyzed the result of questionaiy between six selected group who had been taking environmental education and five non-selected group to examine the effect of environmental curriculum in a junior high school course upon environmental awareness, kowledge and attitude in environment.
As a results, awareness about environment showed statistically significant difference in all questions inquiring awareness of the environmental issue, the need for environmental education the pollution level of our country and Busan(F=23.59, p<.001). Knowledge about environment showed statistically significant difference in all questions inquiring air pollution, alternative energy source, water pollution, soil pollution, elements of environment and environmental agreements(F=142.77, p<.001). Attitude about environment showed statistically significant difference in all questions inquiring practice of saving of resources, conservation of environment and separate garbage collection(F=54.46, p<.001).
