Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is used for this study to determine investment priorities in rural areas development projects in Jindo-gun considering financial situations of a local government. To this end, elements required for setting a decision making model targeting rural areas development expert groups were properly clustered, and a hierarchy was structured by arranging them in a single class. Taken together with results from the AHP analysis, the investment priority was shown as the following order in the category of financial investment projects for rural areas development; building 6th industrial space for creating added value, building a community space for creating joyful and hopeful Jindo, building a living space full of love, building farming and fishing spaces for regional recycling and building a culture center for local villagers interests. Building 6th industrial space to increase villagers income and to create added value in Jindo-gun was analyzed to be the top priority for financial investment compared to the other community development projects. Important financial investment priorities for projects were analyzed as the following order in subsection; mixed commercialization of rural resources, building infrastructures for returning to farm, strengthening competitiveness in Agricultural food industry, building local capacity and improving distribution system in production areas.
