      Objective: The aim of this study is to suggest the verification function to find the unknown mistakes or misleads when the procedure writer writes the computerized procedure. Many reviewers review the procedure but the either writers or reviewers may not know if they did make mistakes until they run the procedure in the system. Background: Recently, digital MMIS(Man Machine Interface system) is applied in Nuclear Power Plants(NPPs). The Computerized Procedures System(CPS) were developed to support the operators for operating procedures to guides an operator through a complex process and reduce the workload by give the right instructions, guide the operators in monitoring, decision making, and controlling NPPs. The CPS can provide the specific information such as the plant data, and processes the data based on the processing, and the plant status. The CPS has a layer and flow structure addition to what the paper-based procedure has. The Engineering System(the computerized procedure editor) can write the procedural instruction as well as gather the plant information that the operator needs and place the information in the electronic file. After the procedure is applied to the system, the operator can get the live streaming information with the instruction. The implemented verification functions are to support the procedure writer to find the unknown mistakes that the writer made. Method: The computerized procedure is saved as the data file in the computer and each statement or information is written in the procedures are saved in the memory or into the file. The method that we use to find the mistakes are searched from the file that if the step points to another step where it has not been created, any misuses information such as uses the wrong Distributed Control System data pointer, or etc. Conclusion: The verification function can support the procedure writers to find the misuse information, the unknown mistakes, or misleads. The verification functions help the writer to write the precise procedure and will prevent the human error.
