대구광역시 산업의 입지특성 = 도심과 교외입지, 그리고 공간적 분산과 집중의 특성을 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzes the locational characteristics of urban industries by comparing 1995, 2000 and 2005 employment data of each industries in the case of Daegu metropolitan city. The main source of attribute data is basic business survey data reported by National Statistical Office. All data are built into GIS. Based on research results, this study suggests some policy implications for industry policy for Daegu metroplitan city. We assume that the nature of employment distribution depends on the nature of industry. The industry with a strong tendency to locate in centers can be classified as CBD-oriented industry. Industries tend to locate suburbs can be considered as suburb-oriented industries. The reset of industries are identified as intermediate location industries. The CBD-oriented industries include finance and insurance, real estate and business service. The suburb-oriented industries are transportation and warehouse, communication, education service, and manufacturing, Also, this paper focuses on issues on whether the spatial distribution of employment of each industries is clustering or dispersing pattern. For this purpose we used Moran's I to identify the spatial autocorrelation by industry.
