복합호흡훈련과 흡기근강화운동이 뇌졸중 환자의 폐 기능 및 보행 지구력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 복합호흡훈련과 흡기근강화운동이 30명의 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 폐 기능과 보행 지구력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 폐 기능 변화를 비교한 결과, 노력성 폐활량에서 중재 6주 후에 대조군에 비해 실험군Ⅰ과 실험군Ⅱ에서 유의하게 증가되었다. 6분 보행 검사를 비교한 결과 중재 6주 후에 세 군에서 각각 유의하게 증가하였다. 복합호흡훈련과 흡기근강화운동이 만성 뇌졸중 환자에서 폐 기능과 보행 지구력을 증가시키는 효과가 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 현재 재활병원에서 일반적인 재활치료에만 치중 되었던 것과 달리, 본 연구는 만성 뇌졸중 환자에게 호흡기능을 향상시킬 수 있는 운동프로그램을 규명함으로써 기능회복과 일상복귀를 위한 효율적인 운동프로그램과 교육 자료를 제시하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Pulmonary Function and Gait Endurance on Complex Respiratory Training and Inspiratory Muscle exercise in thirty Patient with Stroke.
Compared to the pulmonary function, FVC was significantly increased in experimental groupⅠ and experimental groupⅡ compared to the control at 6 weeks after intervention. Compared to the 6-Minute Walk Test, 6-Minute Walk Test was significantly improved in all group at 6 weeks after intervention.
Complex respiratory training and inspiratory muscle strengthening exercise were confirmed that the effect of improving the pulmonary function and gait endurance. Unlike rehabilitation hospital related to traditional rehabilitation therapy, this study was to present the effective educational guideline and exercise program for return to daily activities and functional recovery of chromic stroke patients by identifying the effect of complex respiratory training and inspiratory muscle strengthening exercise program.
