피스메이커 훈련을 통한 다문화 가정의 갈등 회복에 관한 연구 = A Research on a Peacemaker Discipline Approach for Recovering the Conflict of Multicultural Family

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 한국 사회는`외국인 백오십만 시대`를 맞이하여 국제화라는 흐름에 맞추어 빠르고 다양하게 변화하고 있다. 다양한 문화가 공존하는 사회로의 변화는 그 중심에 있는 다문화 가정의 갈등을 안고 있다. 교회는 한국 사회가 안고 있는 다문화 가정의 갈등에 대한 회복에 대하여 고민해야만 한다. 본 논문은 그 회복이 국가의 제도나 사회복지적인 측면에서 접근으로 온전하게 해결할 수 없음을 제시한다. 사람의 마음의 치유와 회복은 제도나 물질적, 행정적 지원으로 안 되는 부분이 있기 때문이다. 또한 성경적 상담의 원리를 담은 피스메이커 훈련이 다문화 가정의 다양한 갈등들에 어떤 해결점을 가져오는지 지역교회의 사례를 가지고 접근하며 제시한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently, South Korea in which 1.5 million foreigners are living has been rapidly and diversely changed in the era of internationalization. A transition into the multicultural society is accompanied by the conflict of multicultural family as a main factor. Churches in South Korea ought to contemplate the recovery of multicultural family`s conflict. Current article points out that neither national policy nor social welfare system are not able to entirely resolve the conflict of multicultural family since healing people`s minds requires more than economic/administrative supports. A peacemaker discipline which is combined with biblical counseling suggest a way to settle the various conflicts of multicultural family by showing empirical cases from the local church.
