This study aimed to analysis the oil flim formation accroding to pipe components and oil flow rate. The oil film formation rate is the indirect parameter for measuring cooling efficiency. In both 5LPM/50℃ and 8LPM/80℃ conditions, pipe configuration including circular pipe(up 3hole) formed the best oil film. But the pipe configuration that only includes the straight pipes showed the similar performance as the previous one. In Pipe configuration including only straight pipes, the larger diameter of the pipe outlet showed better performance. Because its diameter effected to velocity of oil of pipe outlet and splatting of oil.
