정보 시스템 성과항목에 관한 연구: 공공부문을 대상으로 = Information System Performance Metrics for Public Service Areas

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 대표적인 정보화 성과지표인 범정부 성과참조모델에 대해 SMART 모델을 적용하여 적정성을 검토하였다. 한국정보사회진흥원 주도로 개발된 성과참조모델은 공공부문 정보화 성과평가에 적합한 우수한 성과지표 기준을 제공하고 있다. 또한 성과참조모델이 성공적인 공공 정보화 추진의 기반이 될 수 있도록 지속적인 개선 작업이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 평가지표 및 평가영역별 적정성 검토 결과 제시를 통해 정보화 성과평가시 고려 요소가 무엇인가 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 이러한 노력에 피드백되어 범정부 성과관리모델 선순환 과정에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper considered the appropriateness of the IT performance metrics. National Information Agency(NIA) announced the PRM(Performance Reference Model) as an IT performance evaluating tools. PRM is the one of standards tools which is used in evaluating IT performances in the public sector. We analyzed the appropriateness of PRM with the SMART framework and suggested which areas should have more weights when PRM is applied. We expect the result of this paper can give valuable insights when NIA develops the PRM in the future.
