온라인 한국어 교육의 구성요인이 학습자의 교육만족도에 미치는 영향 = Effect of online Korean education components on learners' educational satisfaction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 본 연구는 외국어로서의 한국어 교육에서 효과적인 한국어 교수를 위하여 어떠한 요인들이 고려되어야 할지 알아보기 위한 목적을 갖고 수행한 논문으로, 외국어로서의 한국어 교육이 지향해야 할 방향성을 논의하고자 하였다.
방법 온라인 한국어 교육에서의 중요 구성요인과 교육만족도에 대한 연구도구를 설정한 뒤, 서울 및 경기권의 3개 대학의 어학당 및 언어교육기관에서 온라인 한국어 교육 과정을 이수하고 있는 250명을 대상으로 하여 설문을 배포하고, 수집된 유효표본을 바탕으로 타당성 및 신뢰성 검증, 다중회귀분석, 상관분석, 차이분석 등을 시행하였다.
결과 첫째, 온라인 한국어 교육에 대하여 학습자의 만족도를 가장 크게 좌우하는 요인은 학습자의 학습동기, 온라인 학습을 위한 준비의 정도, 온라인 학습을 위한 플랫폼의 사용역량으로 대변되는 학습자 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인 한국어 교육에 대한 만족도는 베트남권 학생보다 중화권 학생들이, TOPIK 성적이 높은 학생보다 낮은 학생이, 전반적인 학업 수준이 높은 학생보다 낮은 학생이 더욱 높은 것으로 나타났다.
결론 온라인을 통한 한국어 교육이 보다 효과적으로 이행되기 위해서는 한국어 교육에 대한 학습자의 동기의식을 자극하기 위해 다양한 한류기반 영상 미디어 매체의 활용은 물론, 온라인 교육 플랫폼에 대한 학습자들의 접근성 제고를 고려한 교수가 필요하다. 특히, 온오프라인 병행 수업 시 한국어 초급능력을 지닌 학습자들에게 온라인을 통한 선학습 교육이 시행된다면 보다 효과적인 온라인 한국어 교수가 될 것으로 사료된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objectives This study was conducted for the purpose of finding out what factors should be considered for effective Korean language teaching in Korean language education as a foreign language, and to discuss the direction of Korean language education as a foreign language.
Methods After establishing a research tool on the important components of online Korean education and educational satisfaction, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 250 people who were completing an online Korean language course at language schools and language education institutions of three universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Validity and reliability verification, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis, and difference analysis were performed based on the collected valid sample.
Results First, it was found that the factors that greatly influence the satisfaction of learners with respect to online Korean education are learner factors represented by the learner's learning motivation, readiness for online learning, and the ability to use the platform for online learning. Second, satisfaction with online Korean language education was higher for students from Greater Chinese than for Vietnamese, Also for students with low TOPIK scores, and students with low overall academic standards.
Conclusions In order for online Korean language education to be implemented more effectively, it is necessary to use various Korean Wave-based video media to stimulate learners' motivation for Korean language education, as well as professors who consider improving learners' access to online education platforms. In particular, if online pre-learning education is implemented for learners with basic Korean proficiency during both online and offline classes, it is thought that they will become more effective online Korean professors.
