정신지체 남자 고등학생 슬관절 등속성 운동 비교 = The Comparison on Isokinetic Knee Exercises for Mentally Retarded Male Students in Special High School

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 정신지체 남자 고등학생을 대상으로 운동 지속의 유·무에 따라 운동군과 비운동군을 대상으로 하여 슬관절의 등속성 운동을 측정하여 근력의 발달 차이를 비교·분석하여 운동의 중요성을 재고시키는데 있다. B광역시 H특수학교의 고등부 남학생 중 교육가능 정신지체(EMR)학생을 대상으로 운동군(group A) 7명, 비운동군(group B) 7명, 총 14명의 슬관절 등속성 운동을 CYBEX NORM System(cybex770+TMC, USA)을 이용하여 60°/sec, 90°/sec, 180°/sec의 각속도에서 peak torque, peak torque %BW을 측정하여 비교·분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 운동군은 비운동군에 비해 슬관절 dominant limb와 nondominant limb의 신근과 굴근의 60°/sec, 90°/sec, 180°/sec에서 peak torque, peak torque %BW가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to compare isokinetic knee exercises of knee between exercising mentally retarded students(Group A) and non-exercising mentally retarded students(Group B) in H high school(special school in Busan, South Korea). The subjects are 14 male educable mentally retarded students(group A was 7; group B was 7, selected by teacher). Group A takes a cycling class, and group B was a non-exercise class. An Isokinetic exercise test was conducted at a load speed of 60°/sec, 90°/sec and 180°/sec used CYBEX NORM System(Cybex 770 + TMC, USA). The test items were peak torque and peak torque body weight. The results of this study was as follows. Group A was significantly higher than group B at all load speeds(60°/sec, 90°/sec, and 180°/sec) on both limbs acting extension and flextion in peak torque, and peak torque %body weight.
