도심실버타운의 치유환경적 건축설계에 대한 연구 = A study on Architectural Design Considering Healing Environment on Urban Silver Town

국문 초록 (Abstract)

급속한 고령화의 진전에 따라 향후 주택시장에서 노인가구의 영향력은 상당히 증가 될 것이며, 특히 사회적 약자일 가능성이 높은 노인의 주거 문제를 해결하기 위한 정책적 관심도 더욱 커질 것이라 예상된다. 그에 따라 노인촌락 혹은 실버타운이란 노인을 위한 의식주 및 문화시설, 기본 의료시설을 구비한 현대적 개념의 종합노인주거 시설로서 자녀로부터 독립된 생활을 영위하는 노인들이 공동생활을 영위하는 공간을 제시하여야 하는 사회적 과제가 생겨났다.
본 연구의 내용은 크게 이론적 고찰과 사례조사를 통해 실제적으로 적용된 사항을 파악하고 설계계획안을 제시하는 순서로 진행된다. 이론적 고찰은 우리나라의 고령화에 관한 문헌고찰을 통해 고령화 현황과 특성, 고령화의 질환과 요인 등을 분석하여 이론적 배경을 기술하며, 이를 토대로 최근 노인의료복지시설과 실버타운의 주요 디자인 개념과 건축적 고려사항이 어떠한 부분이 적용되었는지 검토하고 건축적 방향을 살펴본다. 앞의 연구를 바탕으로 설계를 진행하여, 도심실버타운을 제안하였다.

Depending on the progress of the rapid aging, the influence of the elderly in the housing market will be increased substantially. In particular, the social stand to solve the housing problem in the elderly policy is expected to be even greater interest.
Silver town for the elderly, food, clothing and cultural facilities, equipped with basic medical facilities, senior housing is a synthesis of modern concepts. To engage in independent living older people to engage in public life means the space.
This study through theoretical considerations and case studies to determine what actually applied. And design proposals are presented. The aging of Korea on the status and characteristics of aging through a literature review and analyze. Based on this recent silver town seniors' health and welfare facilities and consideration of the key design concepts and architectural review have been applied to any part. Based on previous research in the process, and designing the urban silver town.
