      The east and west sides of the contemporary era of global flows of international relations, the collapse of ideologies opposing economic interests in accordance with the newly re-was the formation of the world market, with the development of means of transportation and communication, internationalization of capital and goods flow, such as the spread of globalization approaching went.   Currently, Korea is the increase in international exchanges with yijuhwa new cultural and multi-ethnic influx and multicultural society is rapidly changing. First, based on the type of multicultural education policy the central government, local governments of each country to analyze the problems of multicultural education policy derived. For example, better treatment than law or in several departments still made of Korean education is redundant and can cause a problem. At this point, after a multicultural model to minimize the problems of multicultural education in order to improve the effectiveness of cross-cultural awareness of the people and the reconstruction, it is necessary to set the direction and policy importance.
