유럽의 우주제조산업 현황 분석 = A Study on Analysis of European Space Manufacturing Industry

국문 초록 (Abstract)

유럽은 미국, 러시아 다음으로 우주분야에 많은 예산을 투자하고 있는 곳이며, 세계 우주 상업 시장에서도 활발한 활동을 수행하고 있는 지역이다. 유럽 우주제조산업의 2012년 매출은 6,555백만 유로로 2011년 대비 2.83% 성장하였다. 매출의 대부분은 인공위성 분야(51.6%)에서 발생하였으며, 두 번째로는 발사체 관련 매출(20%)이 차지하였다. 매출액의 약 80%는 유럽 내수에 의해서 발생하였으며, 나머지 20%는 수출에 의해서 발생하였다. 2012년 유럽 우주제조산업에 종사하고 있는 인력은 35,679명으로 저년 대비 1.52% 증가하였다. 대부분의 인력(약 57%)은 유럽 우주제조산업의 대기업인 EADS 사와 Thales 사에서 고용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 유럽 우주제조산업의 현황을 분야별로 자세히 분석하고자 한다.

Europe is the third investor of space development in the world as well as europe is a main player in the commercial field of space industry. In 2012, the european space manufacturing industry experienced again a slight growth of revenue, which is 6,555 M€. The main of space manufacturing activity is in the design, development and manufacturing of satellites. The second area of business is launchers. Launcher activities include operational launch system and development activities. The employment of european space manufacturing industry is 35,679 in 2012. In this paper, the current status of european space manufacturing industry is studied in detail.
