開咬症을 隨伴한 下顎前突症 外科的 治驗例 = Surgical Correction of Mandibular Prognathism with Anterior Open Bite by Intraoral Sagittal Split Osteotomies in the Rami and Genioplasty

This is a case report of mandibular prognathism with anterior open bite by intraoral Obwegeser-Dalpont s Sagittal split osteotomies in the rami with genioplasty.
We suspected this facio-dental deformity to be caused by developmental hypertrophy of mandible, proper selection of operative method was determined by depending upon preoperative work-ups such as radiographic survey, study model analysis and model surgery, cephalometric analysis and gross evaluation of facio-dental deformities. After surgical correction, Improvement of esthetic and functional problem has been obtained and maintained satisfactorily without any complications.
