청소년을 위한 '봉사와 리더십-미래를 경영하는 리더' 프로그램 개발 및 실시 Ⅰ : S고등학교를 대상으로 = "Volunteer work and leadership - Leaders managing the future" Program Development Implementation for Youth Ⅰ : Case study of S High School

국문 초록 (Abstract)

봉사적 성품과 리더십의 역량은 차세대 리더인 청소년이 갖추어야 할 기본적인 자질이다. '봉사와 리더십' 프로그램은 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 개발된 것으로 S고교 전교생을 대상으로 실시한다. 위 프로그램은 총 네 개의 모듈로 설계 되었으며 본 논문은 그 첫 번째 모듈인 '미래를 경영하는 리더' 편에 관한 내용으로 구성되었다.
하루 6시간 동안 진행된 본 프로그램은 2006년과 2007년 1학기 초 1학년을 대상으로 총 두 차례 진행되었다. 교육내용은 '문화공연'과 '셀프 리더십 증진을 위한 Fun 경영전략', '봉사를 실천하는 리더십그룹의 퍼포먼스' 등 마음을 움직이는 Heart의 교육영역과 '리더십 특강', '영상으로 보는 리더탐구' 등의 지식을 함양하는 Head의 교육영역, 그리고 '나는 내 인생의 CEO'라는 '비전설정 및 사명서 작성'의 워크숍으로 실시된 직접 참여할 수 있는 Hand의 교육영역, 이상 총 세 개의 개념적 틀 안에서 이루어졌다.
실시 후 분석결과, 1차시에 비해 2차시의 교육만족도가 높게 나타남으로써 프로그램의 완성도가 보다 향상되었음을 엿볼 수 있다. 이상과 같이 청소년을 대상으로 봉사적 성품을 지닌 글로벌 리더로서의 자질함양에 기여하고자 했던 본 프로그램의 목표가 긍정적으로 달성되었다고 할 수 있다. 더불어 본 논문을 통해 봉사와 리더십 간의 관련 사슬을 재확인할 수 있었으며 리더십의 내용이 봉사활동의 교육적 효과를 높일 수 있는 주요 컨텐츠로서 체계적으로 활용되길 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The disposition towards volunteer work and leadership traits are the basic qualities that should be possessed by teenagers who are to become next generation leaders. "Volunteer work and leadership" program is developed to attain this end and all S high school students were subject to this program. This program comprises four modules, and this dissertation will focus on the first module - "A leader managing the future".
This program, which was conducted six hours on a daily basis, has been carried out two times per day during the first semesters of 2006 and 2007 on freshmen students. The program comprise three conceptual frameworks - Heart education that moves your heart, which includes 'cultural performance', 'fun business strategy for self leadership promotion' and 'volunteer work leadership group performance'; Head education that pursues knowledge, which includes 'special lesson on leadership' and 'leader research through movies'; and Hand education in which students directly participate through workshops.
After studying the results of the program, the satisfaction level of the education was higher during the second time than the first time. Therefore, the objective of this program to contribute to enhancing the global leadership qualities of students has been attained. Also, this dissertation was able to reaffirm the chain relationship between volunteer work and leadership. This paper hopes that the leadership content can be systematically used in enhancing the education effect of volunteer work.
