The purpose of this study is to examine how Personality Program utilizing Brain Education influences on improving Global Citizenship of elementary school students. To examine this study, I divided an experimental group into a comparative group, choosing the Sixth graders in an elementary school located in Ulsan. I needed 26 students of an experimental group in one class(M: 13/F13) and 52 students of two comparative group in two classes, 78 subjects altogether for this study. One of two comparative groups was done only Brain Gymnastics and the others were handled anything. The Personality Program utilizing Brain Education was performed 10 times for 40 minutes at a time to verify the effect through the pretest and the posttest. As a result, it proved that the whole Global Citizenship, universal values of human as a subelement, respecting diversity, attention & interest in world issues and a sense of participation & an world oriented attitude have a meaningful effect. In conclusion, it suggests that Personality Program utilizing Brain Education can be made full use of a new Education and Culture Movement to enhance Global Citizenship of elementary school students.
