대학 스포츠 선수의 감성지능과 LMX, TMX 및 선수만족의 구조적 관계 = The Structural Relationship between Emotional Intelligence, LMX, TMX and Athlete Satisfaction of College Athletes

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 대학 스포츠 선수의 감성지능과 LMX, TMX 및 선수만족의 구조적 관계에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 대학 스포츠 선수를 대상을 총 209부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 25. ver와 AMOS 24. ver을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 사용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 감성지능이LMX에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감성지능이 TMX에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, LMX는 선수만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, TMX는 선수만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 감성지능이 선수만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 연구의 시사점으로 선수의 감성지능에 대해 지도자는 각 선수의 감정을 이해하고 이를 상황에 따라 적절하게 통제하고 활용함으로써 선수와의의사소통 관계의 질을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 이는 경기력에 주요한 영향력을 주는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

This study aimed to examine the structural relationship between LMX, TMX, and player satisfaction in the emotional intelligence of college sports players. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a total of 209 copies of college sports players were used for the final analysis. For data processing, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed using SPSS 25. ver and AMOS 24 ver. The results are as follows. First, it was found that emotional intelligence had a statistically significant effect on LMX. Second, it was found that emotional intelligence had a statistically significant effect on TMX. Third, LMX was found to have a statistically significant effect on player satisfaction. Fourth, TMX was found to have a statistically significant effect on player satisfaction. Fifth, it was found that emotional intelligence had a statistically significant effect on player satisfaction.
