학습목표지향성과 무형식학습은 통합사례관리 슈퍼바이저 역량에 영향을 미치는가? -팀장과 통합사례관리사 다중집단분석- = Do learning goal orientation and informal learning influence the competency of case management in the public sector? -Multiple group analysis of public service team leaders and case manager

국문 초록 (Abstract)

학습목표지향성과 무형식학습이 통합사례관리 슈퍼바이저의 역량에 영향을 미치는지, 그 경로에서 슈퍼바이저 유형인 공무원팀장과 통합사례관리사 간에 차이가 있는지 검증하였다. 공무원팀장 155명, 통합사례관리사 100명이 참여한 설문조사 데이터에 대하여 다중집단 경로분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 학습목표지향성은 무형식학습과 슈퍼바이저 역량의 각 하위차원인 지식수준, 기술수준, 태도수준에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 무형식학습은 슈퍼바이저 역량의 각 하위차원 가운데 기술수준과 태도수준에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 팀장과 통합사례관리사 간의 집단 간 차이가 있는지를 살펴본 결과, 무형식 학습이 슈퍼바이저의 역량가운데 기술수준으로 가는 경로에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 최신 인적자원개발 패러다임을 적용한 통합사례관리 슈퍼바이저역량강화방안을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study examined whether learning goal orientation and informal learning influence the competencies of integrated case management supervisors, and whether there are differences in this pathway between supervisor types, namely, public service team leaders and case managers. A survey involving 155 public service team leaders and 100 case managers was conducted, and a multi-group path analysis was performed. First, it was found that learning goal orientation positively affects informal learning and each sub-dimension of supervisor competency, including knowledge level, skill level, and attitude level. Second, informal learning positively influences the skill level and attitude level among the sub-dimensions of supervisor competency. Third, in examining the differences between team leaders and case managers, a statistically significant difference was found in the path from informal learning to skill level competency among supervisors. Based on the findings, this study suggests ways to enhance the competencies of case management supervisors by applying the latest human resource development paradigms.
