도시공원녹지 관리에 대한 주민참여 의식 = 익산시 일반이용자와 환경단체의 의식 비교를 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research is carried out by means of questionnaires and interviews on park using group (Group 1)A and members of environmental organizations (Group 2) with subject on Neighborhood Park in Iksan City. This is a research and study on consciousness for vitalizing residents participation on management of city park green belt and its purpose is to find out what is factor for contributing to vitalization of residents participation among the groups. Firstly, in terms of consciousness on being main element for park management which is a field of residents consciousness on park management number of answers which stated such consciousness exist with users and citizens were high. Regarding the question on the need of voluntary participation of users for park management the park users and members of environmental organizations showed high level of response on the affirmative side for such need. The need for voluntary participation by the users for park management appeared as affirmative and their willingness for participation appeared to be very high. Secondly, in tenns of operation and management of park and greenbelt and willingness for participation which are field of consciousness of residents' participation in park management it was shown that park users and members of environmental organization had high level of willingness to participate in operation management and residents participation. Thirdly, in terms of appropriateness of park management time under the premise of residents participation which is field of conditions of participation in park management park users stated it was within 3 hours and members of environmental organizations stated it was within 1 hour and main patronage was by users located in neighborhood of short distance. When the above mentioned results are summarized there is need for long term and detailed research on consciousness of participation by residents and opinion among two groups persistently in order to assure positiveness in user's acceptance of management. The significance of this research resides with heightening required basic data for vitalization of use of park in future.
