학교생활적응이 잠재적 학업중단 의도에 미치는 영향 : 낙관성과 진로의사결정의 매개효과 = The effects of the school adjustment on latent intention of leaving school : the mediating effect of optimism and career decision

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, the relationship among adjustment to school life, optimism, career decision, and the latent intention of leaving school were examined, and the mediating effect of optimism and career decision between school adjustment and the latent intention of leaving school was examined. The scales about adjustment to school life, optimism, career decision and the latent intention of leaving school were measured with subjects of 587 male and female students attending in junior high schools located in Gyeongbuk area.
The results of this study are as follows.
First, the positive influence of school adjustment on the latent intention of leaving school was significant. Second, negative influence of optimism and carrer decision on the latent intention of leaving school were significant respectively. Third, optimism has mediating effect partially between school adjustment and the latent intention of leaving school. Fourth, carrer decision has not mediating effect between school adjustment and the latent intention of leaving school. However, mediating effect of the dependent type which is one of subtype of career decision was significant partially between school adjustment and the latent intention of leaving school.
Significance of this study is that the influence of school adjustment on the latent intention of leaving school and partial mediating effect of optimism and career decisions between school adjustment the latent intention of leaving school were identified.
