성인학습자의 죽음 준비교육 효과 연구 = A Study on the Effects of Adult Learners' Death Preparation Education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

인간은 태어나면 모두 죽음을 맞이한다 이러한 삶의 수순은 삶과 죽음을 따로 구분하지 않고 연결선상에서 바라볼 수 있게 하였다 그러나 누구도 쉽게 삶을 죽음까지 연결하진 못한다 사는 것에 대한 생명에 대한 애착이라고 볼 수도 있겠지만 죽음을 경험해 볼 수 없는 미지의 두려운 대상이 되었기 때문이다 죽음을 경험해 볼 수는 없겠지만 준비는 할 수 있다 누구나 두려워할 죽음을 죽음준비교육을 통하여 두려워 할 죽음이 아닌 친숙하게 가깝게 있었던 것으로 인식하고 준비하는 죽음을 통해 삶을 강화하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구대상은 다양한 직업을 가진 성인학습자 명과 함께 죽음에 관한 강의와 죽음에 대한 생각 등 학문적인 연구과 현장의 체험을 바탕으로 한 죽음 준비교육 프로그램을 통하여 죽음준비에 대한 효과성을 입증하였다. 본 프로그램에 참여한 대상자들의 경험에서 살펴볼 수 있듯이 죽음준비교육을 경험하였을 때 죽음의 실체를 파악하고 삶의 목표를 다시 한 번 점검할 할 수 있는 계기를 마련하였다고 하였다 또한 죽음준비교육 전과 후의 죽음에 대한 두려움과 불안을 해소하게 되었다는 성인학습자들의 결과는 죽음준비교육의 효과가 있다고 생각할 수 있으며 보다 다양하게 활용할 수 있는 죽음 준비교육프로그램이 필요함을 시사한다고 할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Humans die when they are born. This order of life made it possible to look at the connection line without separating life and death. However, no one can easily connect life to death. It may be considered to be an attachment to life and a love for life, but it has become an unknown and fearful object that cannot be experienced. You may not experience death, but you can prepare. The purpose of this study is to strengthen the life through the death of preparing and recognizing that the death to be feared was as close and familiar as the death to be feared through death preparation education. The subject of this study proved its effectiveness in preparing for death through a program of death preparation education based on academic research and field experiences, including lectures on death and thoughts on death, along with five adult learners with various occupations. As can be seen from the experiences of those who participated in the program, it was said that when the education for preparing for death was experienced, it was possible to identify the reality of death and check the goal of life once again. In addition, the results of adult learners that the fear and anxiety of death before and after death preparation education have been resolved can be thought of as having the effect of death preparation education, suggesting that a more versatile death preparation education program is needed.
