      This study was to identify The effects of losing weight methods on stress hormones, immune globulin and stress among Ssireum players. Therefore, 20 players was selected and separated 2 groups as exercise and diet, exercise and sauna groups, and then 2 groups was administered to lose weight 5% of the optimum weight and 8 percent of excessive weight. At first, the results of stress hormones change according to the level of losing weight showed that the rapid increase in stress hormones on exercise and sauna group. Especially, there are high increasing rate in cortisol and also, in case of losing weight 8%, there are significant increase in epinephrine and norepinephrine. Morevoer, the results of change in immune globulin depending on method and level of losing wieght method was that igA and igG reduced immune function in exercise and sauna group, however igM did not shown the differences between each groups. Finally, the results of training stress change according to method of losing weight was found that stress increased sharply in exercise and sauna group but, in group of losing excessive weight 8%, every group has high training stress regardless of how to losing weight.

      This study was to identify The effects of losing weight methods on stress hormones, immune globulin and stress among Ssireum players. Therefore, 20 players was selected and separated 2 groups as exercise and diet, exercise and sauna groups, and then 2 groups was administered to lose weight 5% of the optimum weight and 8 percent of excessive weight.       국문 초록 (Abstract)

      본 연구는 씨름 선수의 체중 감량 방법이 스트레스 호르몬과 면역글로불린 및 훈련 스트레스의 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 따라서 20명의 선수들을 표집 하여 운동과 식이와 운동과 사우나 집단으로 구분하고, 각각의 5%와 8% 체중을 감량하도록 처치하였다. 먼저 체중 감량 전 후 스트레스 호르몬의 변화를 알아본 결과 운동과 사우나 집단이 스트레스 호르몬이 급격하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 코티졸이 높아졌으며, 에피네프린과 노르에피네프린의 경우 8% 감량 할 때 증가하였다. 또한 체중 감량 전후 면역글로불린의 변화를 알아본 결과 igA와 igG에서는 운동과 사우나 집단의 면역 기능이 감소하였으나, igM에서는 집단 간 차이가 나타지 않았다. 마지막으로 체중 감량 전후 훈련 스트레스의 변화를 알아본 결과 운동과 사우나 집단의 스트레스가 급격하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났으나 8% 체중 감량에서는 모든 집단의 훈련 스트레스가 높게 나타났다.
