민간 자본 유치와 제3섹타 확충 방안에 대한 연구 : 전라북도를 중심으로 In the Case of Chonbuk Province = How Can We Draw the Private Capital and Expand the Third Sector?

This paper examines the old and vexing problem is local government, which is the well-known vicious circle of small tax revenues-shortage of investment in the infra structure-the weak local economy-the small tax revenues. I suggest how Chonbuk with the weak finance structure and economy can satisfy can satisfy the wants of local people while it finances the needed investment demand and promotes the regional development, I also look at the methods of developing the social infra structure, drawing of the private capital and expanding the third sector on the basis of zones of life and the basic self-governing communities.
