2009-10년 독일선거: 정치지형의 변화와 보수연정의 미래 = German Election 2009-2010: the Change of Political Topography and the Future of Black-Yellow Led Government

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Reunited German general Election 2009 and Presidential Election 2010 were held. It is good time to discuss curiosities remained after elections. This study is to discuss the circumstances surrounding the german election and political system. There are two-fold questions. First, it is true or not whether the german political topography is changing. This paper say yes with carefulness. Second, what are the reasons that Merkel could win the general election in 2009. Ideology of CDU, middle-right wing of conservatism which Merkel props up can possible for Merkel to win the election against SPD. Conclusion to say, such assertions can be seen as idol of theater. Third, the future of Black-Yellow led government seems not so rosy. Policy discrepancy between two parties are so real that people tend to recall their truth to them.
