노인일자리사업 참여자의 사업특성에 따른 보건의료효과 분석

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the health related effect on the Job Creation Projects for elderly by the job related characteristics. In this study, job related characteristics were the purpose to participate and program type. Using Senuri system database, Job Creation Projects for Elderly participants’survey(2010, 2012), and sample patient research data, we made a panel data with 2,441 sample from 2009 to 2013. For measuring health promotion effect, we set medical care cost, number of days for hospitalization and visiting, number of days for treatment, unit cost of hospitalization and visiting, and unit cost of treatment as proxy variables.
The finding was that. First, the participants’ of this project for earning cost has the largest effect among any other subgroups. Second, the participants to join public program has more effect and personnel dispatch group may have no effect from the program. So to select the program participants and to assign program types, it is needed to consider the purpose to participate.
